Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Dishonest company. Unfair business practices. I left the company in the month of May porting my toll-free # to another company cancelling my service with Ring Central because of abusive charges. What do you like best? The features and the app that allow me to connect in the office and out of the office What do you dislike? Worst company

Worst company. The only positive is the price but what a high price to pay to lose customers. Spent hours with tech support. Still cannot fix. Leaving company regardless of cost for another provider.

Allows me to do work from anywhere!

What do you like best? I love that I have access to my "desk line" wherever I am! I can always access voicemails, schedule conference calls and conduct video conferences with ease. What do you dislike? People who haven't used the RingCentral meetings before sometimes have difficulty laughing a meeting. It says its "powered by Zoom" but it seems to require a few more steps for people that are not familiar with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Poor customer service

I start contacting the sales team before 15 days and I didn't get any offer from them yet, the sales team promised me to send me the offer but I still waiting them and I send them more than 3 emails without any reply.poor customer service.

Terrible service.

Call quality is poor compared to others. SSO constantly breaks, over the past 2 years we have had it fail 20 times and be down for days, sometimes weeks. The support team seems unwilling to assist to levels expected of a company of this size.Refused to accept another service outage was their issue. 4 days later they accepted and fixed, after it was escalated to their EU Support team Director. After using it for a few years a part of our business, we found that RingCentral is an all encompassing, feature rich business/personal VoIP system which takes a little 'getting used to' but really delivers.
