If I could give them a ZERO I would! Listen, me and my wife tried setting up an account with this company for four days straight. First our billing info for our debit card went through but they kept claiming that the cell phone number we provided wasn't a REAL number when it is! We pay a monthly CELL PHONE BILL WITH AN ACTUAL COMPANY. They hounded my wife and I for days asking to help aid us through the process. Ring Central refuse to stop billing our account.
They cannot integrate with Nutshell CRM as advised and once the trial ends they are more than happy to bill but for some reason avoid cancelling the service.Their system is setup so that you cannot cancel your plan online, accounts and support cannot cancel your plan and your "account manager" will contact you which never occurs.**In response to Ring Central's reply neither Nutshell or your support team could get the click to call to work from within Nutshell using Australian numbers, Ring ...

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I wasn't forced to. Ring Central has been stealing money from our Non Profit Organization for months. We have called to cancel several times and they have still charged us without permission every single month. We switched to another service because they were price gouging. Beware before giving your phone number…
Beware before giving your phone number to these guys. They won't bother if it is 2 at night for you. I live in HK and I contacted their chat support for some work. And since then, they call me 2:20 at night every day or every second day. Today when I was complaining to the chat support person, he just closed my chat. This is how horrible their chat support is. Service isn't very good and they make it very difficult to cancel. You can easily add lines, but you can't down size if business slows (COVID) without having to pay a termination fee for each line closed. We decided to cancel our account and we couldn't even have them schedule our cancelation for when the contract expired. So bad, customer service is zero! We have been with them for 3 years. Renegotiating the contract, 4 weeks and every 7 days I have to chase. Still waiting for the contract. I cant recommend them.

Service Issues for over 2 years & Continue billing after Cancelling in May
We had service issues for over 2 years that they could not correct. Someone would call in and it would either not connect the line for 12 to over 30 seconds. It was not a internet connectivity or Priority of bandwidth issue. We changed to Jive (Gotoconnect) in May - requesting to cancel our service with RingCentral. They have continued to bill us the entire time. I have email & called - it does not matter to them. I have blocked the payment from Autodraft but they will just report it to the ...

The service itself is adequate but…
The service itself is adequate but customer support is nonexistent. I have been trying to cancel my service for well over a year now. I cannot get through on their automated phone intake and have yet to actually get past the welcome screen on the chat option. I doubt I'll ever be able to recoup the erroneous charges but would like to at least have the charges stopped.

Terrible customer service.
We have been with them for 3 years and its all been good. We have tried to renegotiate our contract as we have gone from 2 staff to 30...... Daniel who is our account t manager needs chasing 2 3 or 4 times. We now have a new provider offer on the table and still, Daniel doesn't come back. They obviously don't need £18,0000.
