Run away! Zero stars.
There should be a zero star option. RingCentral is worst company I have ever dealt with. I contacted them to set up a phone system for a medical clinic. I was very clear about the need for a HIPAA compliant system and the sales team assured me they have HIPAA settings. When I activated the HIPAA settings I was unable to read faxes or retrieve voicemails. I spent dozens of hours on the phone with tech support. They were never able to resolve this issue. Great all across the board!
Great all across the board. Good software solutions, good telephony, good fax... It all works as one would expect and then some. Modern, intuitive and seamless user experience. Customer service is helpful and capable.

Overcharge You and Will Never Fix It
This company is complete devoid of any semblance of customer service. I have been overcharged on my account for months -- I have opened multiple support tickets, all ending with a promise my account report is going to contact me. Weeks later, nothing. They either don't care or they are banking extra revenue by overcharging customers. I am moving to another provider right away -- new customers BE WARE!

They were AMAZING!!!!!
Once Tech Support contacted me, they spent hours resolving my problem and finally found it was a Frontier gateway issue! She was AMAZING!!!!! She called me back every day until gateway problem was resolved!!!!TEN STARS!!!!!!

Everything you didn't learn in Kindergarten about RingCentral - It was worth the wait! Outstanding Service!
After reviewing many of the posts, I am in awe of the amount of negative/unfavorable experience comments left. I have been working with RingCentral since I started at my law firm in September 2018. Pay Money - No Service
I had a small business. I contracted with RingCentral to provide phone service. I paid a yearly fee. I sold the business in July. I called to cancel the number, but since it was paid through the end of the year, they convinced me to keep it active. Now, at the end of the year, they charged me the fee of the next year of $850. Trying to cancel an account on a Saturday
I am trying to cancel my account which is past contract and month to month. Very disappointed that I cannot online. Then calling in I find out I can only call the cancellation department Mon-Fri even though I am trying to cancel my account on Saturday. Very poor customer service and can't get anyone but sales on the phone. Why do we need to call in? If I want to cancel my account it should be a few simple clicks and confirmations I want to remove my account and then done. Very upset.

Cancelled subscription - BUT STILL TAKE MONEY
Cancelled subscription on 21st Oct with George Tuck.Acknowledged by him.Then continued being charged - 3 months after cancellation, numerous emails (never get a reply), online chat raised a case number (11931886), and still nothing!But continue to take money out EVERY MONTH!

Awful
Awful. So hard to get ahold of account managers, which change frequently. Support staff is helpful but hold times are not good.

Customer Support takes 30-60 Minutes
RingCentral does have a reasonable pricing structure but their software, hardware and customer support is very poor. I have been a customer for 5 years and it takes 30-60 minutes with customer service to solve a problem.
