What do you like best? It integrates with Salesforce and that adds a lot of value for my sales users.Support is very good What do you dislike? What do you like best? The most helpful function of Ring Central is that it is very easy to use. Our team utilizes Ring Central from all areas of Michigan. What do you like best? It takes 2 seconds to set up a meeting that can be shared with the entire company. What do you dislike? I have not come across a downside with using RingCentral Meetings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use other RingCentral products and they all keep the company communication centralized.

Great quality and easy to use

What do you like best? RingCentral Meetings is incredibly user friendly. I was hesitant about making the transition and asking client to download the app versus just clicking a link, but it was super easy and clients really appreciate the great video quality and different features available. What do you like best? The ease of use and that everyone has their own meeting "room" you don't have to worry about making sure that someone else has a meeting scheduled at the same time. You can schedule a meeting for the future through ring central, you have to create a calendar invitation and then send the information to those you want to join, unless I am overlooking something.
