Be sure to clarify what you want from RingCentral

What do you like best? Honestly, the meetings and the phone services are really good. Both the desktop and mobile apps work as advertised. What do you dislike? The settings can be a bit confusing, but their chat support is on point. For instance, if you chat with a support rep, after they verify you are you, tell them " I want my desk phone to ring, then my mobile app, then my desktop app" they will do it for you. Recommendations to others considering the product: Yes, I'd ...

Great tool !

What do you like best? RingCentral integrates with our Salesforce instance, and allows for calls / SMS messages to be on a single line What do you dislike? porting numbers over is tedious and the agents aren't able to give a timeline other than "5-15 days". unable to batch out numbers to be activated on the same day. customer service is pretty soso, so be prepped to do it yourself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? logging calls

its fine but can do better

What do you like best? that it's very easy to use and that we can share our screen in just a click. What do you dislike? that when we screen share the other person or the person I have a meeting with has delays. I don't know if it's RC or my internet connection but it's disappointing we can't do a proper screen share. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it loads not most of the time but some times. and that if the screen share ...

Great tool for meetings and recording the meetings

What do you like best? I like that the conference and dial in number do not change. Once you are assigned a number, it is yours to use. What do you dislike? This is a good tool, I haven't found anything I dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great tool to use. The calls are very clear and you can easily record a meeting to share with others. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration ...

Educational Support with Ring Central

What do you like best? I like that we can switch control between users. There are times that I need to see our programmer's page to see what pathway they are using or a sample of work within another computer program that I normally wouldn't be able to see. I can also jump in and share my screen when needed. I feel it is even easier than working together in person since we can talk and show screens at the same time. What do you dislike? Sometimes when switching between users as the ...

Ring Central is amazing!

What do you like best? I love the fact that we can interact with one another and seamlessly view different screens and assist one another with learning new things, all while being hundreds of miles away from each other. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is a lag with audio and video, but over all no real dislikes. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it! You won't be disappointed! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Meetings are made easier!!

What do you like best? We have incorporated ring central with outlook for our scrum meetings. What do you dislike? Changing from the regular outlook meetings to ring central could be a bit overwhelming at the beginning. Specially, if you are not very familiar with the software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Security issues on meetings were resolved by switching to Ring Central.

Cost Effective, mobile friendly and intuitive

What do you like best? I like that the RingCentral Phone and Meeting is now combined and now available as Glip or RingCentral. All in one app for everything you need for video calling/conferencing, calls, faxing, accessing contacts, setting up meetings/recordings and direct messaging. I also like the outlook plug-in that helps us to attach Ring Central meetings while setting up appointments like Skype. Call Flip and forwarded phones ring Simultaneously or Sequentially is ...
