Switched from Zoom to RingCentral

What do you like best? RingCentral has an instant messaging and ability to call from the app to phone numbers. What do you dislike? RingCentral uses Zoom technology , so for those that trying to get away from Zoom might not be best option. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We got rid of Cisco physical phones and Zoom and replace it with RingCentral App.

Works well most of the time

What do you like best? I like that I can schedule a meeting with 1 click from a calendar invite. It is also quite reliable and once you get the hang of it, really simple to use. What do you dislike? Attendees often have trouble joining the meeting. The directions are also not super clear. I know you can modify it howeve you'd like, but I dont want to have to do that each time. Ring is a great option for collaboration

What do you like best? What I like best about Ring Central is around the Mobile app compared to the desktop application. A lot of the features in regards to scheduling and joining/starting meetings is at least equal to it's competitors. What do you dislike? I think the actual invite that comes through email is a bit less user friendly than WebEx or Microsoft Teams. It's not confusing, but just not as clear on how to dial in / access audio. Best Video Conferencing Ever

What do you like best? The virtual backgrounds. I can't tell you how fun and helpful these are if you have a less-than-ideal working from home environment. You can literally take a photo of your clean living room or office and use that as your virtual background in order to hide the mess a child made, or things you haven't been able to clean up. RingCentral Meetings 10-10

What do you like best? RCM is really easy to use. It has great quality, and it's a great price. What do you dislike? It really hasn't given me problems- I highly recommend it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It integrates with the RingCentral app so I can meet, message, and do calling (also faxing) from one spot. It prevents me from having to have separate apps.

Great add-on to RingCentral

What do you like best? The interface is simple to use and allows our employees to host meetings internally with each other and externally with clients. This has helped our business during COVID-19. RingCentral Meetings has allowed our sales team the option of meeting with their clients online without having to worry about the customer being loss by not wanting to come into the store. What do you like best? The ease of joining a meeting, having screen share capabilities, and a chat box in one software. Like the option that there is a computer software but also a mobile app. Can be used internally with coworkers but can also be used externally with customers.
