What do you like best? The best tool for having meetings and calls. Features like screen share, meeting recorder will help alot in the corporate world. Having the control over video while starting the meetings is a big plus for us. It's As Good As It Gets

What do you like best? The meetings are easy to set up. You are able to send the invite to the patricipants. What do you dislike? Sometimes the meeting drops. It's a good system for the cost, but Ring Central is known to drop calls and meetings. Sucks when you are in a middle of a meeting. What do you like best? I like how you can interact virtually through webcam with multiple locations at once in one place over the web. What do you dislike? Sometimes can be a little glitchy as far as functionality or the video not working properly but about 98% of the time everything works great! What do you like best? I like that it allows integration into my other systems which saves me a lot of time. What do you like best? I like that I can easily call members within my own organization, setting up the microphone and screen share are relatively simple as well. Muting/ other user functions are simple to use as well. What do you dislike? I dislike that setting up your own meetings are more complicated, I once set up a conference call and ran into a glitch where I couldn't join my own meeting because I wasn't the "host" when I was. Ring Central Meetings is a game changer

What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the program, it's so user friendly and is able to be used by many people in my company of different skill sets. What do you dislike? I dislike the amount of updates you have to do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were having communication issues with different offices, people on the road etc. The benefits are we can all conference in on the same platform and use their app as well.

What do you like best? We are using RingCentral to allow our remote locations volunteers to participate to the monthly meeting. Nice Meeting app to go with Softphone

What do you like best? Quick and easy setup of events plus google calendar integration. What do you dislike? Too many window pop-outs. Would like a better dash/control panel. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We utilized another meeting app that was more expensive than adding Meetings to our Ring Central phone account. It also lets us reach larger audiences than free versions.
