Best platform for screen-sharing

What do you like best? Easy to use interface for sharing web screen to demo. Meeting chat is a great feature as well What do you dislike? Rollercoaster experience

What do you like best? The implementation of RingCentral was pretty easy. They walk you through the whole process, and come into your office (obviously a little more expensive) on your launch day to ensure everybody gets set up correctly. What do you dislike? We've had audio issues galore with both RingCentral soft phones, and Meetings. In addition, our recordings on RC Meetings have been failing on a regular basis. Ring Central for meetings , could use some better iOS integration

What do you like best? Apps on iOS and Mac. Integrates with Google Calendar fairly well. Decent integration with Plantronics headsets and software What do you dislike? Occasionally crashes and has connection issues. Interface is kludgy. Screen share could use more options for zooming and magnifying What problems are you solving with the product? Simple to use, effective web meetings tool

What do you like best? as I noted in the title, the RingCentral Meetings is fairly easy to use. What do you dislike? Currently, the platform only allows for four participants unless an add-on is purchased. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make some of the advanced options part of the basic option. Good VOIP system

What do you like best? Call recoding, glip messaging system. Easy to set up conference bridge/call What do you dislike? For conference calls, there are multiple codes a participant has to enter which creates some confusion. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used to use different tools for conference calls so this is great to do it all in one place.

Amazing!!

What do you like best? Ease of use. It’s very simple to log in and start using. Being able to screen share at the click of a button with internal OR external users is fantastic. What do you dislike? I wouldn’t say that I really have any dislikes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Screen share and collaboration.

Tons of dropped calls -

What do you like best? I like the ability to add multiple numbers for my different sales territories. What do you dislike? There were far too many dropped calls. Way too clunky while on the road. Really not a very mobile product. This didnt help our young company look very professional to outside clients. It Does the Job

What do you like best? For mass meetings, giving access to outside vendors, and even for hiring and interviewing possible job candidates RingCentral does the trick. Allowing others to simply download the program quickly from the browser link truly makes RingCentral good for any business. What do you dislike?
