What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center? Easy to use, has option for video as well. What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center? With ring central I found that calls would drop at times. What problems is RingCentral Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center? It allows me to send and receive work calls from anywhere What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center? I did not like the integration with my cellphone but I had our manager remove it and it was fine after that. What problems is RingCentral Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about RingCentral Contact Center? I like how easy it is to use. With an increase of remote work, this has been so helpful. What do you dislike about RingCentral Contact Center? There is nothing so far that I dislike about this product. What problems is RingCentral Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows seamless communication for all remote workers. It's letting us get our work done with no interruption no matter where we are.
