What do you like best? I like that I don't need to log into my voicemail on my phone and I can just look at my computer to see who has left a voicemail and the voicemails are computed from oral to written form. What do you dislike? We get calls forwarded from an initial tier and the callers identification doesn't follow from tier to tier. What do you like best? The app does make answering after hours calls pretty easy. What do you dislike? The call quality can be sub par especially if on wifi What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The app allows me to use a personal phone to answer work calls wherever I am .... most of the time, without using my minutes

What do you like best? What I liked best was that it dialed out...most of the time What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to link ring central to a lead record in Salesforce and the accessibility of it on my personal phone What do you dislike? There seems to be a lot of bugs, calls are dropped, after an hour of talk time it will not log to Salesforce, sometimes the phone never rings What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? contacting leads by phone, text, the ability to track leads

What do you like best? I like that you can sync your ring central to your cell phone and use the app to make and receive calls and text messages. What do you dislike? I do not like that there are so many connection issues. I get a lot of complaints of people not being able to hear me and bad connection even though I am hardwired in and have a perfect connection. Buggy dialer

What do you like best? click to dial is the way to go. speeds up my process for making a lot of calls. What do you dislike? We use the Google extension on top of Salesforce and Outreach and there's a popup that's supposed to appear when you hover over a phone number. That popup only appears about 20% of the time in several places on my screen and I often have to reload Salesforce or restart my computer to get it to work properly.
