Best Call Tracking Platform Available on the Market

What do you like best? I explored a few different call tracking platforms before deciding on Ringba. I fell in love right after signing up for a free trial. Excellent technology. Excellent support.

What do you like best? Firstly their technology. I've saved a lot of headaches and have opened a ton of opportunities by using Ringba. Their real-time reporting and called data has allowed me to improve performance many times over. This has never happened with any other platform I've used in the past. Secondly, their team. "Ringba - The software to motnitor calls and revenue when working with several call center's"

What do you like best about Ringba? I love how easy Ringba makes it for you to listen to calls to track quality and confirm the eligibility of a qualified lead. You can see every call that is passed through your system, seeing where it came from, who it goes to, what the lead cost is, and how much it sold for (if it is billed). All of this info, along with tons of other data could be tracked easily by using Ringa's platform.

What do you like best about Ringba? Ringba is extremely easy to use. It really allows you to be in full control. They are constantly taking feedback into consideration and introducing new features that makes our lives easier. Their support team is second to none, they are always willing to lend a helping hand.

"Ringa Tracking Review"

What do you like best about Ringba? Ringba has every feature a call center could use when working with other call centers to generate revenue. I like how easy it is to track revenue. Ringba makes it very easy to track cost, and revenue, along with profit all in 1 place while working in the call center industry. I also like how Ringba makes it easy to listen to call recordings, export reports to Excel, and filter and sort all of the data.

"IDK it took me this long to break into Pay Per call!"

What do you like best about Ringba? Support. New system... but new systems are always tricky to navigate. VERY best saas CS I've ever seen. Very proud to the leadership team for building such a great tech and team to faciliate this sort of complex tracking.
