What do you like best about Ringba? Their management team are hands on. Specifically Sean Hitchcock. Their technical support team are extremely knowledgeable and know how to be patient with their clients.

What do you like best about Ringba? The customer service of Ringba is second to none. They always respond in a matter of minutes. If you have a question and the representative don't know the answer they will get you the answer in a timely manner. I would recommend Ringba to anyone need a call metrics platform.

"Call Routing made easy with the best support staff"
What do you like best about Ringba? There are a handful of great call routing service platforms like Ringba however, none have the easy support features that Rinba has, not only is the support accessible 24/7, but their service provided is gold standard, you don't even have to be an expert in tag filters, pixel setups and data posts, so long as you have the posting instructions they can help you with the setup for your various buyers.

What do you like best about Ringba? Ringba actually let’s us work smart because we’re no longer focused on “keeping it all together.” Thanks to Ringba we spend basically zero time distracted with making sure our inbound system is running smoothly. Not only that but now we’re actually able to run smarter campaigns than ever before thanks to the rich data we are allowed to collect across our network. All of this combined makes Ringba one of the best decisions we’ve made in the last few years!

What do you like best about Ringba? No more headaches. Ringba revealed a LOT of opportunities that we previously left on the table. Many of our inbound channels were being underserved when it came to tracking and attribution. We’re now able to produce campaign level tracking for our own campaigns and clients in a matter of minutes, greatly improving our experience as well as the client’s.

What do you like best about Ringba? The reporting is superb. I love that I can also listen to calls which help me manage my campaigns better, and give real-time feedback to my buyers on how they can better work my campaings a lot of times.
