CX Manager, Justin Flor, was adaptable and available, even in different time zones. What do you dislike about RFP360, a Responsive company? Some minor limitations in the system to support presentations and workshops that are part of RFP decision-making. I think it needs to be more intuitive for the vendors using it to response to RFP's. What problems is RFP360, a Responsive company solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing us with an advanced platform that enables us to help our customers choose the right vendors, solutions, and ultimately cut costs.

Cole and Brendan shaved hours off of my data gathering and analytics. What do you dislike about RFP360, a Responsive company? When scoring or weighting it would be nice if the tool could do a mass upload from an excel file. I had over 40 people that I had to manually enter.
