An error with a top up card was resolved promptly and efficiently. The sign of a good system is how well things are corrected when they go wrong.

Great platform and support

Platform is great and easy to use, but the customer support is also incredibly helpful. I was having a problem which led to needing a refund and the team sorted it out for me very quickly with little hassle.
