As an ex customer service manager of many years, the customer experience was easy and effortless, which is all anyone ever wants when they have an issue to sort out. After raising my claim, I promptly received acknowledgement, a short while later a further update on my claim provided with a timescale of when I should next expect to hear from them. Then today, a further update confirming my happy resolution and I'm a happy customer! Keep up the great work!

beware no refund if things go wrong!

I have purchase a couple of things and have been really happy but my last experience has put me off using it again. I purchased an instant B&Q voucher to purchase a door, because it was sold by a verified seller it said i could not pay with a gift card. I thought this was ok because i was purchasing a voucher and there was a section to use a voucher. What arrived was an egift card. I immediately tried to get a refund on the giftcard because I couldn't use it and was told I couldn't get a ...

Reward Gateway experience

I have a gateway reward card and I had topped up, but something when wrong with the process, and took the money out of my account but didn't top up the card. I contacted the helpline and was assured I would be reimbursed in one to three days. Once home I received an email from Angela and found that I had been reimbursed straight away. Instant does not mean instant…It takes…

Instant does not mean instant…It takes time for the money to be transferred (sometimes more than a day) but if you contact the team directly, they speed the transaction up and are very responsive to contact
