I paid £95 for a £100 Sainsburys…

I paid £95 for a £100 Sainsburys voucher on the app, came to pay at the Sainsburys till and the app flash on and off for about 30 seconds then it basically said computer says no. I had to pay with same bank card these cowboys just stiffed me for. The app seems great for taking your money but has trouble giving you the benefit.
