Have saved £430 so far

Don't often write these type of reviews but so far we have saved over £340 using Reward Gateways App ( also have another £90 cashback pending ), it's amazing how fast the discounts add up and we now use the app all the time.

Bought an Uber Eats voucher

Bought an Uber Eats voucher, their app doesn't support redeeming the credit. Rewards Gateway seem happy to sell products that don't work. Really poor.

Details

I have been on the app this morning since 9.30am trying to log in. Do not recognise any of my details. Yet I have been receiving emails and attended online webnar? Also got shopping from Dunelm and did not receive the cash back amount they stated. Read the small print! Starting to think it's not worth the hassle or time I have wasted. Have called helpline.

BEWARE Do not use Reward Gateway!

BEWARE--Reward Gateway sent an email out to all 600 of our employees stating our company was "closing down". Panicked employees are calling asking if they are being terminated! Beware if you buy tickets through Reward Gateway and your event gets cancelled - you will not get a refund!

Reward gateway is used through my work, and for an employee discount I bought a £250 Ticketmaster voucher in August to get tickets for Childish Gambino’s tour, as it said it would save me £15 from the total booking. Unfortunately, Childish Gambino cancelled the tour earlier in October, and for whatever reason I didn’t get a full £250 gift card back, only £247.15. DO NOT USE

While this site offers great discounts they are 100% not guaranteed and you won’t know if you will get them until a while after the purchase. I used the site to make a purchase for which I should have received circa £260 cashback; this was the only reason I used this site as without the cashback the purchase would have been cheaper elsewhere. Overcharged again

I have been again charged twice for shopping vouchers, leaving me around £150 out of pocket and spent an entire evening after work trying to report it on the website (which offered a choice of only 2 set complaints from a drop down box, no evening phone number option and only a PO Box address to send written complaints, Conveniently for them, neither of the he drop down box set complaints were about being over-charged I then Raised a dispute against the extra payments with my bank.
