PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can now manage and respond to reviews using single software. It's easy to use and it makes reporting more convenient. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It doesn't integrate yet with Yelp! What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? What do you like best? I like the Dashboards and the amplify widgets. Its so easy to use the platform a child could. If you have basic needs it's not a bad option, but if you need API access and anything else good luck. What do you dislike? API cannot do "everything the portal does" despite being told that multiple times during the sales process. Also they cannot import your previous 1st party reviews when you switch over. Quick and easy to navigate
What do you like best? I've been using their local listings feature and it's been very easy to navigate and make updates on. It definitely saves me a lot of time. Their client support team is also quick to respond and always helpful when I need any assistance, which I highly appreciate.
