Great product and wonderful customer service
What do you like best? The platform is user friendly and the staff is amazing. They are always available to answer questions and help brainstorm ways to make the awarding process better. Our users also receive great customer service from the Reviewr staff when they are issues. Tickets that are submitted for assistance by users are saved and reviewed with me each year to help improve the process. It is very easy to work through and helps keeps things organized for my reviewers
What do you like best? I can sort by my reviewers and know which ones haven't finished judging What do you dislike? When I do something wrong, it doesn't always let me know exactly what I did wrong depending on what I am doing exactly Recommendations to others considering the product: You can't go wrong. Worked well for me for four years and will use it again
What do you like best? Flexibility - platform is highly customizable and allows me to to have what I need in the application, evaluation, etc. What do you dislike? Navigating can be a bit challenging until you learn where to go to find things. Not all areas can be updated by me, the admin, but the support staff at Reviewr is really responsive and tweaks things that I ask for quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? No more sending Excel sheets back and form or photocopying all day long!
What do you like best? Even my new volunteers can figure out the judges section and they hardly ever ask me for help. The whole system streamlined our processes and made it easy for me to run reports. What do you dislike? I'd like more controls over setting up new events--like creating a Constant Contact newsletter. Reviewr - Customer service is just OK
What do you like best? I liked that you can add your own users, reviewers, the application is fairly simple and easy to use. What do you dislike? There are some items that I could do on my own, but I had to depend on customer service support quite a bit. Some areas I could edit, but email responders and triggers were set up by customer service. Reviewr is critical to our marquee awards program success.
What do you like best? We have been using Reviewr for five years now and the platform and client success team together are one of the most important parts of our large awards programs. Great Platform, Intuitive
What do you like best? Intuitive and streamlined software. Can be scaled for 50 or 150 evaluations. Customer support is great. What do you dislike? Wish it had more robust reporting. Great software for programs with applications
What do you like best? Once you learn the terminology and how to operate the software as an admin it is fairly easy to use. I am able to figure out who has submitted their application for our event, when they submitted it and if they included all of the items requested. The downloadable excel document makes it easy to compile information about applicants and make it shareable with our team. What do you like best? The personal attention we've received from Reviewr has really helped us adapt their software to some fairly unique needs.
