Great service with excellent tools for generating and tracking reviews

What do you like best? Easily generate experiences for generating and managing reviews online. What do you dislike? The interface can be a little confusing to navigate until you get used to it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to manager our reputation online and generate an accurate view of customer experiences through review. Even helps to see what customers are saying on negative reviews so you know where to improve.

Quality Product, and Superb Support Team

What do you like best? The platform does what is expected, helps secure positive review, but also offers some extra goodies too like a website embed widget, and incredible support. What do you dislike? Things aren't aesthetically pleasing with the platform, and some features could stand some reworking. What do you like best? I like that ability to capture reviews before they hit the public floor and asking a few questions before a review is made is helpful information. What do you dislike?
