ReviewBuzz is a must for anyone in the service industry.

What do you like best? Super easy steps for a happy customer to leave a review or steer them towards a feedback survey if they had a bad experience. Customer support and on-boarding team have been great to work with. What do you like best? One of the easiest and simplified ways to generate and receive online reviews consistently out there. I have worked with other forms of review generation and this is one of the easiest to use that generates the reviews you want and where you want them. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Lets you take advantage of the personal 1:1 relationship built between technician and customer. People are more likely to write a review for a person that spent time helping them than for a company. Provides a reward system for staff that get reviews as well as a widget to feature a company's reviews on the company website and for each tech to have their own marketing "brag" page/flyer. What do you like best? I like you can leave reviews easily and is a great tool to do it What do you dislike? I don't like that i can't find 3 of the 5 companies i was looking for review.
