What do you like best about Revenue Grid? - Users can access Revenue Grid from inside Salesforce through a managed tab. - Multiple ways to add recipients (csv, Salesforce views, Salesforce records, etc.) What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? It can only report how many times an email is opened, but not who opens it. Sometimes, an email could be CCed to multiple recipients, and it's hard to track if the targeted recipient has opened it. The tool was easy to integrate into with our CRM and seamlessly connected our two most important platforms Outlook and Salesforce. "Revenue Grid for Salesforce saves so much time"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? We are now able to save mails to standard and even customer objects. The sidebar is also customizable for feach user or usergroup. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? The only thing that came up is the speed of saving emails. Sometimes its kinda slow. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?
