"Helpful Tool for CSM"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It helps me keep my accounts organized. It is easy to use. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? It crashes and needs to be restarted a lot What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? I have a lot of clients and it helps me keep my inbox organized especially with project management. When I am working with multiple teams on a project it helps me consolidate everyone's responses.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Time Saving. I live in SFDC and love how easy it is to save things from MS Outlook to SFDC! What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? It is sometimes slow for me. That may be my home internet. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm always in a hurry. This product streamlines my sales workflow.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? We love revenue grid for the ability to pull in custom salesforce fields to the outlook sidebar for easy tagging of information when saving emails / events. Revenue grid also allows us to tag as many accounts, contacts and opportunities to one email as we'd like (rather than the limitation of one account through the salesforce outlook tool). "Most important tool in my stack"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The reminder feature on the side toolbar is my favorite as well as the integration into SalesForce on the side bar. I use this tool all day everyday, hundreds of times a day. The custome support is also unmatched. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? "Perfect for tracking"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The sync option with our CRM platform is a must. Being able to go back and see all emails sspecific to the account is so helpful.
