What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Tracks my activity, connects to Outlook, Easy set-up What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Can or has in the past, I havent had this happen again but it has disconnected for me once before and I had a good amount of activity that wasnt tracked. "A perfect add-on for outlook that outshines the SF add-on"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? the ability to have all the details of a client, opportunity or contact at my finger tips is key. Making adjustments right within the side window is handy as well. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? having to reconnect every 90 days or so. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Working in an enverioment where multiple departments are in contact with clients, and making sure all communication is saved in our system can be tricky. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I really like that I can link my emails to create tickets on behalf of my clients. The tool has really helped me stay organized and proactive. "Revenue Grid Merges all the good together"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It merges what I need to the location that helps me archive the paperwork I use the most. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Setting it up with different accounts and sometimes it doesn't merge and then we have duplicates. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?
