What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The APP is very performing. The fact that you can operate quickly without leaving the Outlook environment has become indispensable. "Great Syncing for Outlook w/ Salesforce."
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? A great tool to use for syncs to happen seamlessly. Support is top-notch and helps quickly when issues arise. We have been delighted using this service, and it helped our firm make calendars sync between Salesforce and Outlook a breeze. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I love how easy it is to schedule meetings with customers through Outlook. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? It would be nice to have little more customization to what Outlook calendar options are available. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? As I reach out to customers outside of sales typical communication, it allows me to track conversations so account owners are aware of all communication.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It helps automate things such as logging emails to CRM, scheduling meetings and sending out email sequences to prospects. More done in less time. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Not much. Simply putting in the ground work to get things moving. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Send out more prospecting emails, schedule more prospecting meetings, track/log activity in Salesforce

"Excellent way to reach clients"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Reaching as many clients as possible without having to reach out to each individual What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I dont see any negatives after learning how to use the program. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving me time to contact contact smaller clients so that I can focus more on larger clients

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Being able to work inside of Salesforce from my outlook What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? Having to keep pinning the tab open and also having to deselct all opportunities to save an email to. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? The sales team was reluctant to use SF as we quote our machinery out of NetSuite. Being able to work out our email program while utilizing SF and RG removed those barriers.
