Flawless syncing and customization of exactly what I need to see. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? A few minor things cannot be customized and I've experienced delays in support sometimes. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The tool has a lot of functionality and allows a button to be created whereby meetings can be booked. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? There us some imperfection in the UX design and it can be frustrating to access meeting links after creation. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Revenue Grid enables me to schedule appointments through the functionality. This is very useful.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Customizability and Customer Service Using it our non-profit. This can be purchased for only the users that need it. Emails are stored natively and permanently in Salesforce. Emails are not stored automatically if you don't want them to be; you can indicate which records you want them connected to on an email by email basis. Customer service has been excellent!!
