Ease of use of server

PROS: I love it mainly because it is user-friendly. It took me only a day to set-up and also quick to learn. CONS: Local provider for payment is not available and there is no local access too.

RIP OFF! They will promise you that it is on a month to month basis then secretly include a hidden 36 months clause. They will still charge after cancellation request. Horrible liars and cheaters. Advise: Stay away from these scammers

garbage. I was with revel since February 2014. I have now clover. Revel is junk ! They are also a scam BTW. They tried to force me to use their CC processing and I refused and dumped them. Expensive junk! Stay far away from this company

What do you like best about Revel Systems? The system was very easy to integrate into our POS system. In the main dashboard we see all open invoices and the corresponding payments. The adaptation for tablets works perfectly and the connection to the payment service provider always works without problems.

Worse than a used car salesman with a lemon.

I’ve been trying for weeks to purchase this POS but I’ve either been completely ignored or had bullying tactics used to get me to sign up by the end of the week without first answering some basic questions I have. I feel like I’m dealing with a used car salesman who knows he has a lemon on his hands. Revel - get a clue. If you’re an honest business with a solid system, you shouldn’t have to hide or lie about your pricing, ignore potential customer’s questions, or make people pay for ...
