If I could give 0 stars, I would. Revel is awful. We have technical issues every couple of weeks and can’t get the technical support that they promised! We will sit on the phone for hours waiting for someone in tech support to pickup…sometime they never answer. When they do finally pickup, it’s someone you can barely understand from Pakistan and by that time we’ve have to close our doors and stop doing business, losing thousands of dollars. I'm a long time user of Revel and been with ups and downs with them.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Their POS has been well designed for our business.

PROS: Their POS has been well designed for our business. CONS: The customer service is not ideal but is improving every time.

Ease of use of server
PROS: I love it mainly because it is user-friendly. It took me only a day to set-up and also quick to learn. CONS: Local provider for payment is not available and there is no local access too.
