"Ease of use for training"
What do you like best about Revel Systems? The revel platform is easy to understand and use. It’s quick functionality allows for faster training of employees as well as transactions at the counter. The back end is quick to make changes too.

I wish the company had more flexible…
I wish the company had more flexible terms, or that negotiation is a possibility. I don’t like the data terms. Other than that, I’m quite pleased with my on boarding help thus far. I’m looking forward to learning how to use and maximize this robust platform for my business.

Untrustworthy Corp
Got bonded to a contract when I didn’t get the full out disclosure of fees and other requirements needed until I had signed agreement. It’s been over 6 weeks and haven’t gotten anything but two boxes and my money has been long gone. The service after my discontent and explanation of unreasonable help was horrible. Just like all companies they want your money and do not care for your business growth.

So far our experience with Revel has been great. We're in the process of setting up our system with them and will go live soon. They have been very helpful.

If I could redo it, I would not get Revel. And perhaps you shouldn't either!
I used Revel at a place I managed for a friend. Once I bought my own Pizza restaurant, because of the ease of use of Revel, I decided to get revel. However, after going through the sales process I wish I did not get revel. From the very beginning revel salesperson tied pricing of the hardware and software subscription to us singing with revel for credit processing. But he didn't share any fees and kept telling me we will match and beat your current processors fees. Once I did sign up with ...
