We are a global company, so subtitles are crucial. We have also used the transcription services to shape the stories of our interview pieces.

They even add the names of the speakers, even if that information was not initially provided. I also like that they allow you to download the transcript in .word or .pdf. I do channel the transcript requests in the project I work for and the stakeholders have different preferences regarding the format.
