What do you like best about Rev? I like how clearly you see, where in the process your caption file is. There are regular updates to tell if a captioner has been assigned, if the captioning is in progress, or it has been completed. This is especially helpful when you are submitting a number of files for processing at once.

What do you like best about Rev? Rev often underestimated how long it will take for audio to be transcribed, which leaves me pleasantly surprised when it's ready. The transcription is much more accurate than other services I've used. I'm looking forward to the new features they're rolling out to make it more collaborative.
