Simple to use for retail
What do you like best? I really like the ease of use, it is very easy to teach coworkers how to use the registers and get accustomed to the system. What do you dislike? The start up process is a bit tedious, and the software sometimes has issues when accessing the touch menus. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It made it so much easier to deal with customers instead of having hotkeys for everything.

Retail Pro Review
What do you like best? I like that it is simple too use. It’s prety straight forward on how to check out customers or do TJVs. What do you dislike? There really isn’t anything I don’t like. I would say that when searching in the inventory there is a few seconds or it to search, but that’s because of all the items we have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps with the exchanging of cash. It helps to check out customers.

Lots of steps, but once mastered, not overly difficult
What do you like best? The ability to control almost anything in the store from a single POS. What do you dislike? Very difficult to work with, lots of paperwork and going about things the long way. RetailPro is hard to learn how to use but is simple once taught
What do you like best? I like that RetailPro makes it easy to keep track of customers purchases and their history so that we can go back and look up what they bought and the sizes they bought. What do you dislike? The layout of RetailPro isn't the best. It is hard to use if you weren't trained on it. It is very particular about functions. Extensive, but antiquated.
What do you like best? There is a great deal of information and data that you can find in the reports sections of RetailPro. What do you dislike? The interface is slow and very 90s. It doesn't feel like a modern POS at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a PoS system for a retail business.

Old software, could use some updates
What do you like best? For ringing out customers and simple tasks like that, retail pro is easy and user friendly. It’s basic functions are easy to understand and to teach. What do you dislike? Some of the functions take several steps to get through to what you’re looking for. I also think that the look of the program could be updated slightly with the times. What do you like best? Great organization features which makes it easy to find products! What do you dislike? We wish it was a bit more user friendly. Satisfaction with Retail Pro
What do you like best? Retail Pro is a easy to use. The vendor, JDA, is responsive when we have a question. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints. For the most part, it satisfies our essential needs. When using customer functions and entering in new clients, it would be easier to just add in new clients without having to input their name twice if they never shopped before. Could use an update
What do you like best? Its pretty easy to navigate and teach yourself how to use it What do you dislike?
