Good product and great service

What do you like best? The support is great and the product is very easy to use. I like also the fact that there are constant updates. What do you dislike? The fact that to have a complete picture you need Google Analytics. But this is true also for many other tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The main reason for us to use this tool is tracking website phone calls.

Can be difficult to implement

What do you like best? Easy to implement if you're platform allows it. We have had issues implementing on Episerver due to issues with span tags overriding existing div tags. Good support though. What do you dislike? Had a few issues with reporting interface, and some of the tracking initially seems a bit unclear, but early days. Easy to Use and Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best? Easy to use and excellent customer service which made the implementation quick and easy. Having data on calls split by channel has enabled us to make better informed decisions when it comes to marketing budgets allocation What do you dislike? What do you like best? very good support from staff, easy to setup and produce reports in analytics. Good call tracking solution. What do you like best? The ease at which I can get data on which of my Marketing efforts are translating into real leads for the business. Also the account managers are amazing and always wanting to make sure we get the most out of the product. What do you dislike? Made our lives easier

What do you like best? RT has helped us so much in deciding where to place our marketing and tracking what is still working and what isnt What do you dislike? Now the customer number is shown as 'withheld' we cannot see if its the same person calling or not What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
