What do you like best? It's pretty easy to set up and having the extra data to work with can really take your accounts to the next level. Great product to measure campaign performance

What do you like best? I find it particularly helpful to measure traction on print campaigns. What do you dislike? Can be slightly slow, so can take a while to make new numbers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? tracking print campaigns, and having the ability to pull detailed reports.

Call tracking the way it should be

What do you like best? The ability to track phone conversions down to keyword level. What do you dislike? The way the dashboard is structured is a little bit confusing and can take a while to get used to. Navigating to things can be tricky as to know where everything is. Great tool

What do you like best? Being able to accurately monitor and track campaigns live. Being able to compare campaigns easily. What do you dislike? When setting up phone numbers it has quite a few fields I don't use. Adding UTM tags is a bit fiddly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'd like to have a chat facility for support to resolve any issues.

Great - they are always there to help.

What do you like best? The call recording and the ability to see all the details about the calls we received. What do you dislike? I think the only thing is the problem with the caches but that's not even Response Tap's fault. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm recording and tracking calls from the marketing we are running for our clients and I can see exactly what's happening with it.

What do you like best? The interface is very user friendly and allows you to find what you want fast and easily. Also, very important RT customer service is easily approachable and always eager to assist with every issue you might have. What do you dislike? Relatively straightforward to set up, and the dashboard has loads of great reports to help you understand and digest your call data, as well as options to export to incorporate with your other reporting.
