Easy to use

What do you like best? I like the ability to be able to create the tracking numbers attributed to different campaigns and it's easy enough to track how they're doing... What do you dislike? The client portal is a little clumsy in areas. Not particularly obvious where to find everything however there are so many great features. Excellent Service

What do you like best? It has changed the way we are able to analyse our Marketing in a huge way! What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike, its very user friendly Recommendations to others considering the product: I would 100% recommend response tap, it has changed our business massively. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track 100% the performance of each campaign which we were unable to do previously.

Great - they are always there to help.

What do you like best? The call recording and the ability to see all the details about the calls we received. What do you dislike? I think the only thing is the problem with the caches but that's not even Response Tap's fault. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm recording and tracking calls from the marketing we are running for our clients and I can see exactly what's happening with it.

Great call tracking software and service

What do you like best? Relatively straightforward to set up, and the dashboard has loads of great reports to help you understand and digest your call data, as well as options to export to incorporate with your other reporting. Smart match has also proven to be a valuable addition to the software, enabling even more data to be connected and value assigned to touch points. What do you dislike? Essential for tracking and optimisations

What do you like best? The ResponseTap interface is easy to use and provides a clear overview of performance with great personalisation options. Being able to create static phone numbers individually is great in improving attribution models and reporting. What do you dislike? Useful call attribution tool

What do you like best? ResponseTap makes it very easy for us to more accurately track the performance of our digital marketing campaigns and how well they generate inbound calls to our sales team. What do you dislike? I would prefer to have more than 10 static phone numbers available on our account relative to the monthly subscription fee that we currently pay, but at the moment this isn't much of a problem since we're not using all of them anyway. Call tracking excellence!

What do you like best? How easy it is to create trackable phone numbers, then export the results. What do you dislike? Not being able to search in 'Single Numbers' for individual trackable numbers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to accuratey track call count and whether they are sales calls using the post-call IVR.

Helpful staff, good tracking tool.

What do you like best? Good tracking tool and fantastic support staff. What do you dislike? Bulk single number management could be improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a custom built CRM so their API has been integral to tracking leads for a number of years.
