This has been the missing piece to our business. Our marketing cycle is complete because of it!
What do you like best? Being able to see sales leads that otherwise could be missed, and ensuring that marketing budget is spent accurately. This has been the missing link for us in creating and executing budgets and campaigns. We now have a full view of our marketing spend, including other tools we use. What do you dislike? Easy to use and great tracking
What do you like best? The interface is very user friendly so running report and setting up new numbers is extremely easy. If you ever do have a problem the support team are on had to help! What do you dislike? Not much to dislike as I haven't had any problems yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows us to track large level of calls over several channels in one place.

Great tool
What do you like best? Being able to accurately monitor and track campaigns live. Being able to compare campaigns easily. What do you dislike? When setting up phone numbers it has quite a few fields I don't use. Adding UTM tags is a bit fiddly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'd like to have a chat facility for support to resolve any issues.

Maybe the best call tracking software
What do you like best? The interface is very user friendly and allows you to find what you want fast and easily. Also, very important RT customer service is easily approachable and always eager to assist with every issue you might have. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike about Response Tap, but if I have to point out one thing, I would say that they might benefit from a online chat to assist with fast on the spot questions. Easy and Beneficial solution to call tracking
What do you like best? The support team at Response Tap are fantastic, they are quick to help and respond whenever help is needed, by far the best support team we have come across What do you dislike? Great Call Tracking and management system
What do you like best? Ability to track all calls and use the static numbers to track other static sources to see the level of calls received and therefore measure ROI and impact What do you dislike? Some areas of the website are clunky and stats are not so easy to extract - dashboards could be improved What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Yes the after call IVR doesn't work properly

Easy to set up call tracking software with great, attentive customer service
What do you like best? It's fairly simple to set up and you can even apply the script via GTM if you're not that technically savvy. The customer service is also top notch and you never have to wait on hold for too long before someone picks up. Recently Response Tap were more than happy to come to our agency and run a training session too, which was especially useful for new starters. What do you dislike? Great Call Tracking System
What do you like best? I like the ability to create specific numbers for specific campaigns or print material so that we can track calls from each to measure ROI. Its also great to see the calls that come through, the sources and use the data to target and drive more inbound sales calls.
