Excellent Service

What do you like best? How much this has helped me with regards to tracking and understanding a customer! What do you dislike? Nothing at all! The whole system/implementation was incredible! One of the best phone tracking systems out there

What do you like best? The account management is impeccable and I always feel someone is there to support What do you dislike? Not much international capability which would be a good addition What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How much cross over there is between offline media and other ways of accessing the website, i.e. through direct/organic, which enables us to show the benefit of offline media in a more effective way.

Great product to measure campaign performance

What do you like best? I find it particularly helpful to measure traction on print campaigns. What do you dislike? Can be slightly slow, so can take a while to make new numbers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? tracking print campaigns, and having the ability to pull detailed reports.

A must-have for tracking leads by phone calls

What do you like best? The tracking numbers work perfectly with our campaigns. We use it on website, magazines, print-outs and events. Good tracking and analysis

What do you like best? Setting up responsetap is pretty easy and the script deals with the dynamic phone number replacement without need for much developer intervention. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike, but you definitely do need to dive into all of teh reports to get teh best out of it. If you cant be bothered with that then its maybe not worth the cost. What do you like best? Easy to setup, takes under 5 minutes on average. Great customer service, they have been extremely helpful and prompt to respond. What do you dislike?
