What do you like best about respond.io? Multichannel customer service platform. Keep all the contact points highly organized and provide excellent customer service. Waste of money, buggy unfinished product. Do NOT use!

This tool is not working properly. Very buggy and it is impossible to work normally with this. If you have paid, your money is gone even if they know there product is broken and you are unable to use it.

What do you like best about respond.io? Ease of linking channels and working directly on them, responsive and quick support team. What do you dislike about respond.io? I can't pinpoint something specific as I am a new subscriber. What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you? Consolidating all channels on one platform is excellent for us. Managing conversations and ensuring prompt responses to customers without delay is crucial to us.
