What do you like best about Respona? I like I can schedule multiple emails as sequences and see the overall response rates. What do you dislike about Respona? Really difficult to navigate once someone responds. You can't mark incoming messages as unread or click into specific contacts when you are reviewing the overall response rates. What do you like best about Respona? The interface's really user-friendly, with the main dashboard that shows all the ongoing campaigns as well as the expired ones. When setting up a campaign it's easy to create tailored messages and with the dynamic fields filling up automatically URL page names or links, everything is easy and fast.
