"Excellent Image DAM"

What do you like best about ResourceSpace? I love the ability to ingest, catalog and tag assets for quick and easy recall. The ability to share assets with others quickly is a must in a fast-paced business environment.

"Amazing free, open source DAM system"

What do you like best about ResourceSpace? ResourceSpace is free software, meaning there are no license fees and enterprise pricing plans even for unlimited users. This has been essential for my institution as we have limited resources. I worked with a very small group of people, using the ResourceSpace free open source software, to launch an online photo archive of marketing and communications images. "Messy Interface, But Gets The Job Done"

What do you like best about ResourceSpace? Resourcespace is a great solution for storing a large number of files on the web. While there are a number of different features on Resourcespace, I primarily use it to create "collections" of high quality photos. The collection feature is a great way to keep everything organized and easy to access. I also enjoy how accurate the search feature is.

"ResourceSpace helped an international team manage photos, videos, pdfs and more"

What do you like best about ResourceSpace? Once you get used to not working with a file tree, the focus on search is great. It was very handy for sharing collections of content with externals. Sales and marketing were the main beneficiaries of the solution, the time savings were appreciated by all.

"A robust open source DAM perfect for images, small orgs, marketing teams and academic orgs"

What do you like best about ResourceSpace? This is a well established, fully developed DAM that excels when managing photos. The ability to self host ResourceSpace for free means that it is accessible for any budget, but it's successful enough that there are several SaaS hosting options available including through Bitnami and other cloud solutions.
