"Easy to use tool to track workload across resources and analyze spend."

What do you like best? I like how it's easy to use and most features are intuitive so you there is not much of a learning curve. What do you dislike? There are times it's slow and takes a while to calculate numbers or refresh once a change has been made. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "10,000ft has given us SO much more insight into resourcing for our team!"

What do you like best? Being able to track time spent against scheduled time. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to track expenses so we could tie them to client projects. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being more clear with our scheduling so we know when we need to bring in additional resources and having a better understanding of how much time we're spending on projects.

What do you like best? The simplicity of updating hours worked on a project and therefore knowing whether we have under or over-delivered on a specific task/project. What do you dislike? There are a few features it lacks but these are likely to be on the road map - i.e. drag and drop of tasks within the schedule. What do you like best? Not thinking about timing work anymore and having to put a timer on and off all the time. What do you dislike? The interface feels a little dated and disjointed in places with a bit of lack of intuition. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Great Graphics "

What do you like best? The graphics help in quickly analyzing workload and fees. What do you dislike? Sorting of projects can be a bit quirky. Recommendations to others considering the product: sure thing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 10k allows one to easily link a fee with workload costs and assign a team all at the same time! Helps track all three! I'm looking forward to learning more 10k tricks especially task management.
