What do you like best about Resolver? The onboarding of Resolver was great. Their project team was very engaging and supportive. While in production we have engaged Resolver for support and their team is great to work with and ensures we have a quick turn around on issues and other requests.

"Excellent customer service and customization"

What do you like best about Resolver? The Resolver platform is extremely valuable for creating a customized investigations workflow. Our company has some really unique use cases, with multiple involved business units, and Resolver is making streamlining our process much easier. We are eliminating the use of spreadsheets and docs and moving all of that into Resolver.

What do you like best about Resolver? The ability to build custom forms and workflows is very helpful. We have fully customised Resolver Core to suit our needs and our Incident Management and Risk Management applications have been tailored to meet the needs of the organisation. The 24/7 availability of a knowledgeable support team is also very helpful when needing to problem solve too!
