"Work Smarter, Not Harder"

What do you like best about ResMan? I've used several software platforms over two decades and Resman is the best I've ever experienced hands-down. It is very easy to navigate, and as a trainer, it makes helping others learn a breeze! Highly recommend! What do you dislike about ResMan? What do you like best about ResMan? This software is very user- friendly. I find that everything is at your fingertips. What do you dislike about ResMan? The affordable side does not have as many how to videos and steps as the conventional side when doing a search on how to resolve certain issues What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? currently helping with the affordable setups. we are trying to figure out a way to get all the data in more efficiently

What do you like best about ResMan? It is easy to edit entries once they have been made. What do you dislike about ResMan? You can't find what GL a transaction has been posted to when looking at the transaction. You can only ever see one side. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? It is quicker to fix mistakes.

What do you like best about ResMan? There are self help options which save me time when I need to figure out what needs to be done. Very User Friendly! What do you dislike about ResMan? some posting error occur when adjusting charges, But it is easily corrected. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Resman constantly updates and improves their services.

What do you like best about ResMan? Resman is a user friendly system that we were able to adjust to in a very short amount of time. Everything is on this database and it integrates so seamlessly with other software. It is very easy to contact customer support for any issues you might have, which has been very few over these last few years. What do you dislike about ResMan? The only issue was the search bar change made recently that no longer fills in automatically. When you deal with such a ...

"Quick, and simple"

What do you like best about ResMan? When you open it is easy to follow and to get where you need to go. What do you dislike about ResMan? We have to make sure the dates are correct or it can mess with the month's end if we moved someone out on the wrong date. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? I have used Resman, for a few years now, so I normally figure things on my own, but when I need support I call, or email. I think I miss the chat box.

Daily operations and robust reporting for asset management (property KPIs, tracking, decision making, and investor updates).

What do you like best about ResMan? It's user-friendly has amazing customer support! What do you dislike about ResMan? If a mistake is made posting payments you can't just edit the part the was incorrect without having to reverse the whole transaction- like date specifically. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Resident management, financial management, prospect/lead management, tenant screening, productivity, etc.
