What do you like best about ResMan? I like how you can see all the activity on the home page with all your information, training and property information. Lets you pull reports just off of your activity bar. What do you dislike about ResMan? I'm not too fond of the wait times for corrections when calling to correct an issue with customer service. What do you like best about ResMan? The payment portal has been useful as well as the connection to the outlook account. What do you dislike about ResMan? What do you like best about ResMan? The help button is always there if you need more help. What do you dislike about ResMan? There isn't anything that I do not like. I love Resman. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? I can always go directly to a tenants account to find out any infomation such as their ledger, and even work orders to see what has been fixed in the past.

What do you like best about ResMan? The settings and customizability are great. I love how there are so many options and portals to allow for quicker navigation What do you dislike about ResMan? Resman makes work easier by housing all necessary financial reports and lists in one place, and not having to create the reports in excel

What do you like best about ResMan? I like that ResMan is user friendly for Accounting and operations. ResMan makes it easy to manage the properties and their accounting.
