What do you like best about ResMan? ResMan is very helpful! It keeps records of all information and very easy to access. My favorite is the board room, using the board room you can see everything about your property from one page. What do you dislike about ResMan? The only thing I dislike is not having access to editing everything I need to. That is limited because of my job title. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ResMan? It is very user friendly and the reports provided are very detailed. The links are easy to help collegues understand invoices faster. The charts it provides help keep track of late payments and our company can take clear desitions for future plans. When there is an outage they inform users and have fixed them in under 24hrs. What do you like best about ResMan? Is easy to use, most of the time is not neccesary to look a tutorial about how to use, also you can easily find the invoices in the portal. The good thing about Resman is the fast answer from the support and that you can get reports with the general accounting for property, one or more properties or you can use the GL number to get it. What do you dislike about ResMan? Sometimes get slow or doesnt work correctly, you have to wait a long time to save the ...

A very easy tool to use

PROS: Payment processing and accounting can be done here easily. CONS: I don't have dislikes, but I suggest having a save feature, so we can have to option to save something and finish it later.
