It is an amazing tool with property management in mind
PROS: I love ResMan's simple UI and easy navigation. I love the texting option and the customization or integration services the best. CONS: I dislike the features when you do the renewal. Some of our team members tend to click the begin lease button, misleading them. It'd also be nice if we could mass edit a ledger.

I love ResMan
PROS: Everything is in one place. You can also create accurate reports without much hassle. Since I can also upload files, I can now avoid losing documents. Everyone also has access so they are informed about every bit of information in the software. I can also chat with my colleagues inside the platform and the boardroom section is very convenient as we can have an overview of all properties. CONS: It gets slow at times and doesn't upload files. It is very informative
PROS: It's a very informative tool as you get the best of both site management and accounting. The support team is also great. CONS: Overall, it's a great tool. I don't have any dislikes that I can add.

Everything you need is in this platform
PROS: I can get all my tasks done without having to log-in to different platforms. CONS: It is not mobile-friendly so it does not work for someone like me who travels a lot.

They also provide articles that you can read to learn more about the software or you can just chat someone in the service chat room. They can easily fix any issues for you. CONS: Software maintenance should be improved as it takes too long for the page to appear at times.
