What do you like best about ResMan? Ease of use. Excellent help function. Many helpful reports. What do you dislike about ResMan? Collections ledgers and posting payments with 3rd party collection agencies. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Integrating with AvidXchange. This will benefit by no longer having two systems for vendor setups, G/L restrictions/permissions, approvals, download/upload csv files between systems.

They also take enhancement requests seriously and adapt as they can much more so than any other software I have worked with. What do you dislike about ResMan? Can be a little slow at closeout time. What do you like best about ResMan? The ease of use for the site teams and the outstanding Customer Service! They truly value their partners and do not just say it. Their associates are all above exceptional, and you can tell they love their job. What do you dislike about ResMan? Their customer support setup. Some companies may need tier 1 support but ours when we call we have already trouble shooted way past tier 1 support. So we have to wait for higher-level support to get involved after ...

What do you like best about ResMan? Resman software is amazing but the customer support that comes along with it is really what makes it stand out! What do you dislike about ResMan? Inexperienced customer support (sometimes) What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Training the customer support staff is helping a lot and having someone to escalate is amazing

Very user-friendly

PROS: ResMan is very user-friendly and easy to use. I've used other software before and I'd always come back to this because of its easy navigation and beautiful user interface. I would recommend ResMan to anyone who asks. CONS: Opening multiple tabs should be allowed, rather than just using the boardroom. It'd be easier for us.

PROS: It keeps everything organized and I can easily access information. My favorite feature is the boardroom, which displays your property on a single page. CONS: It should allow access to everything that needs editing.
