What do you like best about ResMan? I love that it is very easy to use. I love that if you need help with something, they will help you. What do you like best about ResMan? That it is very user friendly! The search bar is the best type in anything and it will find what you need. I love that I can chat with someone to help me too. :) What do you dislike about ResMan? How difficult it is to transfer a resident. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? They solved that now the delinquency notes will follow over when the period changes. That is great!

What do you like best about ResMan? How I can access from anywhere and it keeps all documents as well like leases and applications. What do you dislike about ResMan? Some things aren't user friendly. I wish the bulk emailing to tenants was a little easier and that you could eliminate some steps when moving people in. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of rent is the best usage for me. And vacant units.

What do you like best about ResMan? ResMan is helpful because it allows the user to access almost any and everything from one screen. It is also very user-friendly. I wish you could separate a few more items, but overall, it's a high-quality product. What do you dislike about ResMan?
