"Absolutely Love It!"

What do you like best about ResMan? I love that no matter what I am working on, ResMan will not allow to move forward until all needed info is entered. Such a timesaver What do you dislike about ResMan? There is nothing that I would say I dislike about ResMan What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? It saves time and brain power working on Lease Renewals and making sure my accounts are kept up-to-date

What do you like best about ResMan? Ease of use, transparency of processes, training readily avialable, and support when necessary. What do you dislike about ResMan? Freezing when there is many users logged in, generally at the beginning of the month What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? I curretnly have no problems that need resolving.

What do you like best about ResMan? I like how easy it is to navigate and even easier to train someone who is new to the software. Our managment team has used this software for a few years now. What do you dislike about ResMan? One thing that could be worked on is the message system. It would be helpful if our resdients could see who the messages were coming from without us having to use the characters to show who's the sender. What do you like best about ResMan? They way i can track, follow-up and close work orders makes my life so much easier. What do you dislike about ResMan? There isn't anything i can think of that makes me dislike the product. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me to attend to any situations that arise on property as quick as possible.

What do you like best about ResMan? The acctual Help button! lol The way everything is laid out. I mean anyone can use this software. I have used others in the past they were unnecessary complicated. What do you dislike about ResMan? I have noticed anything that I do not like about it. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? I am making sure payments are added to the tenant accounts. I am moving new residents in and old residents out.

What do you like best about ResMan? How easy it is to use. It is super user friendly. What do you dislike about ResMan? That if someone is on notice to vacate and they dont move out, it doesn't charge them rent. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? IT solves issues with being organized.

What do you like best about ResMan? There is this amazing team that runs Resman in the background and for that, I am grateful. If there is an issue, it is handled for the most part. We love Resmania and we love our reps! What do you dislike about ResMan? Sometimes we get pushback on fixes, so I wish that there was more openness when we know the fix, and there is more research. What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you? Just the ease of daily operations in general.
