Great tool for assisting customers online!

What do you like best? GoTo Assist helps our representatives show a customer how to use a feature on their own computer. We use this tool to help customers who struggle with verbal or written instruction, and also to capture information for bug reports. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The product is easy to implement within the support team. It is intuitive for the first time user. What do you dislike? Audio is not able to be heard when in a remote session. You have to purchase licenses in groups of 5. It would be helpful for ad hoc or even have a concurrent user licensing scheme available for smaller companies. Great way to collaborate on documents

What do you like best? The ability to remotely annotate and comment on a document view by all parties. Much better than google docs which we used before that. What do you like best? Quick setup, reasonably secure, most customers already have installed What do you dislike? There's nothing to dislike, unless you count the fact that there are scammers taking advantage of its trusted name with their tech support cons. Quick and Easy, Reasonably Secure

What do you like best? I still remember trying to give tech support to people over the phone, when they couldn't connect to AOL because their 2600 baud dial-up modem wouldn't connect to AOL. So the main thing to like about it is how easy it is to talk the customer through an install (assuming it's not already there) so that they their confusion can be removed from the equation.
