Remote Support Lifesaver
What do you like best? It is very easy to use and web based.... What do you dislike? At times clients struggle with the downloading and opening in the browser. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to drop into staffs computers while working remote and quickly fix issues. This eliminated many back and forth emails trying to trouble shoot the issues.

Decent basic Remote assist software- hasnt changed much in the years
What do you like best? Easy to use, simple, now works on chromebook, Easy to deploy on computers. Price is ok What do you dislike? Hasnt changed much over the years, it was gotoassist and now this is the spinoff. Not much innovation and sometimes wont connect. Smooth Process to Connect and Easy Management
What do you like best? RescueAgent quickly provides us with the ability to quickly connect to customer computers without the need to install an agent on operator machines. The customer goes through a simple download process to get us connected. What do you dislike? RescueAgent sometimes cuts out vs the old desktop client. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? General user software restoration and troubleshooting.

Great for smaller companies without and IT department
What do you like best? The unattended support is a great feature, I am able to keep a list of all employees computers and when they are having an issue I cannot verbally walk them through, I can simply remote into their system and resolve the issue. The software is easy to use, and has a pleasing GUI. What do you dislike? Slower than Teamviewer in a lot of ways. Having an employee set up the unattended support on their computer was a little more difficult that the similar setup ...

Easy remote support
What do you like best? Using RecueAssist we are able to connect to staff PCs and start knocking out tickets. The chat feature was helpful to assist multiple users while being on the phone with one. What do you dislike? We are not a big fan of the new colors that came with the rename What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can support staff without having to leave our desks. Mobile users too.

RescueAssist is great for a one man team or fully fledged company
What do you like best? It is extremely fast to remote into a customers computer to troubleshoot issues they are having. What do you dislike? Sometimes the Unattended Support sessions have issues when storing username and password. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Troubleshooting software issues.
