Great tool for working remotely.

What do you like best? Easy of use. Quick loading and simplicity for end users What do you dislike? Method to add/remove licenses is cumbersome. Removal of licenses requires to wait out until contract is over. No prorating. Recommendations to others considering the product: Browser version works great.
